Policies

Payment Options 

Payments can be made by e-transfer, cash, and major credit card. Cash is only accepted in person - please do not mail cash. For PayPal, please request an invoice. 

Note: Cheques must clear payment before payment is considered paid in full.

Deposit 

Your cake order will only be booked once the deposit has been paid. Deposit must be secured at least 6 months prior to completion. The deposit will be $200 for all orders over $550 value. $50 deposit for all orders under $200. Final payment must be paid 2 weeks before delivery by cash, credit card or e-transfer. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. 

Order Changes 

Any changes to your custom order will be accepted until 2 weeks prior to the event date. After this time, any changes may incur a charge. You are responsible for any shipping charges that may incur for rush order changes. 

Collection 

If you wish to collect your custom order, you must keep to the agreed upon pick-up date and time. Once collected, the order becomes your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for any damages caused to the cake once it leaves the premises. There is a $50 per half hour late charge for any pick-ups not picked up by the arranged time. 

Cancellation Policy 

In the event of a cancellation, deposits are not-refundable. Any balance paid after the deposit, however, can be refunded if the custom order is cancelled up to the two-week period before the order due date. 

Photographs 

We reserve the right to photograph your cake order before delivery/collection for our own reference and promotions. 

Release and Liability 

We will work with you to ensure you are completely happy with your order. We shall not be held responsible for your order once collected or delivered. We will advise you on how to store your cake beforehand.
